For hotels located in Gueliz, Hivernage, or the Palmeraie, we offer direct front-door pick-up. Because cars cannot enter the narrow alleys of the ancient Medina, if you are staying in a Riad, we will provide a designated meeting point as close to your accommodation as possible (usually just a few minutes’ walk).
No, physical printouts are not required. We are an eco-friendly platform. You can simply show your e-ticket or mobile booking confirmation to your driver or guide directly on your smartphone.
While we do accept last-minute bookings, we highly recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Popular experiences like Agafay Desert dinners, Hot Air Balloon flights, and Ouzoud Waterfalls day trips frequently sell out during peak seasons (Spring and Autumn).

Yes, tipping (known locally as “bakshish”) is a standard and highly appreciated part of Moroccan culture. While it is never mandatory, if you enjoyed your service, a customary tip is around 50 to 100 MAD (5 to 10 Euros) per person for a full-day guide or driver.

Cancellations & Changes
We offer a flexible cancellation policy for your peace of mind. For most day trips and activities, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. Please note that multi-day desert safaris may require 48 to 72 hours’ notice.
Marrakech is blessed with sunshine most of the year! However, if an activity (such as a hot air balloon flight or quad biking) must be canceled by the local operator due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.
Yes, date changes are generally free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Simply contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number, and we will update your itinerary.
Once a cancellation is approved, we process the refund immediately on our end. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
